Model Nina Agdal, known as the fiancée of Logan Paul, has taken legal action against Dillon Danis, Paul’s upcoming boxing opponent, for the serious offense of “revenge porn.” Agdal filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, claiming that Danis has been conducting a relentless social media smear campaign against her, which included the nonconsensual posting of a sexually explicit photograph. After Agdal’s legal team took action, fight promoter Misfits Boxing intervened, threatening to cancel Danis’ bout with Paul if he did not remove the explicit photo. Consequently, Danis deleted the post. However, the damage had already been done, and the legal battle commenced. Agdal’s request for protection includes not only restraining orders against Danis but also financial compensation. Agdal is seeking damages of no less than $150,000, in addition to the profits Danis has gained from his social media posts about her.
